The Red Raven Messenger has taken up service again and will provide subscribers with regular updates on the Legend of Gardyan series. As a first act of service, it shall be anounced that the ALC phase for Sign of the Raven as well as the ARC phase for Sign of the Owl have officially launched!
Throughout summer and early fall, my honourable Reviewers Team will examine the exhibitions closely. Their feedback is of greatest value and will hopefully result in two major releases during spooky season 2026. Here is a little Roadmap for what is ahead:
July 2026: SotR ALC / SotO ARC Launch & Lunar Letters
The Red Raven Messenger Newsletter has taken up service and will provide subscribers with regular updates on the Legend of Gardyan series. Applicants for the Reviewers and Street Teams will be selected and given access to their advance copies in July.
On the side, some final audio bits for Sign of the Raven will be realised, including the in-book Lunar Letters.
The epistolary style letter poems will remain a vital part of the book series. You can check them out in the Legend of Gardyan: Lunar Letters section of the website.
August 2026: Legends & Lore
A big quest for August will be the extension of the Gardyan lore archives. Those who have been following the Legend of Gardyan Instagram Feed might remember some lore videos from earlier this year. These will finally be implemented in the World Building & Lore pages, with some additional lore content to be added.
September 2026: Sign of the Raven Audiobok Release
SotR ALC team, mark the month for handing in your feedback sheets! The Sign of the Raven audiobook release will (hopefully) be happening throughout September.
Some voices and timestamps still need improvement which is plenty of work for one writing quill, so I will take my time with this, but it would be great to get at least some feedback on the audio chapters until then. There is a chance you will be able to listen to the first Sign of the Owl chapter also in the beginning of spooky season, so stay tuned!
October 2026: Sign of the Owl Release
As stated in the Sign of the Owl Release Date post, book two in the Legend of Gardyan series will release on this year’s Hunter’s Moon, October 26th. It will, yet again, be a formidable Halloween read for all lovers of the spooky season. I am looking forwar to this release and hope you are as excited about it as I am!
There will of course also be some surprises along the way, such as giveaways, community tributes and maybe even a few promo boxes! But we don’t want to spoil the surprise effect, do we? 😉
