Sign of the Raven
'Tis said the raven is a traveller between the worlds. An omen of certain death and doom yet at the same time a messenger from the other side and fearsome winged creature of wisdom.
Those bearing his mark, carry a fate you do not wish to challenge. Mother night herself has claimed them to be her blood stained daggers. Beware the raven blade. For it cuts silent through the shadow. Beware of the Raji'Rav.
The Legend of the Raven Blade
The first book of the Legend of Gardyan saga follows the story of Radu Corvinus, a young changeling of infamous descent. Born in the 18th century in one of Wallachia's remote foothill villages, his fate takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with a woman of the fairy folk in the Carpathian forest. A woman he has more in common with than he first assumed.
Being introduced to her homeland and customs after his mother's early death, the half-blood discovers a part of his heritage, that is darker than any of the horror stories his long-lost father ever told him. Little did he know that he was about to become one of the scariest, yet most desired legends among them all and by doing so, taking much after his father, especially when it comes to his taste in women.
